Former chief Minister of Haryana, Om Prakash Chautala and his son Ajay Chautala sentenced to jail for Teacher Recruitment scam. Know Teacher Recruitment scam by Om Prakash Chautala

As said above that former Haryana Chief Minister and Indian National Lok Dal(INLD) supremo Om Prakash Chautala and his son, sent to jail by Delhi court for illegally hiring 3,206 junior basic teachers.

This incident happened 12 years ago, besides of father and son, there are 53 others, including two IAS officers are involved in the scam. On 16th January 2013, both Om prakash Chaulata and his son sent to Tihar Jail. Now, Chautala is challenging the order of Delhi High court in connection with Teacher recruitment scam.

Om Prakash Chautala health may be an issue. He is 78, and Delhi court will decide jail sentence for former chief minister and his son. In 2009 elections, Om Prakash Choutala surprised everyone with 31 seats, out of 90 seats. Earlier, in 2005, INLD won only 9 seats out of 90.

Chautala, Younger son, Abhay Choutala launched a campaign against the arrest of his father and brother. The hiring and sentenced for Chautala will take place on 22th January 2013.

One more news come this morning that Chaulata supporters, gathered in large numbers outside the court because Choutala and his son sentenced to 10 years in jail each in teachers recruitment scam.

Police is trying its best and using batons and teargas to control Chautala supporters outside the court. Thousands of supporters clashed with police, outside Rohini court. Supporters using angry slogans against Rohini court decision.

They were convicted under sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468 and 471. 10 years put Chautala future under sake. May 2014 elections come with a turnaround for Haryana politics.
